Cool weather doesn't matter when the carnival is in town. So many temporary set-ups at businesses around the valley from time to time. Be it Valley Fair or Fox Point or this one in the parking lot of the Goodwill between Menasha and Appleton on Hwy 47. They all earned our enthusiasm and we all willingly lined up to buy their tickets for momentary diversion, come rain or shine.
