There's nothing like using a comically giant toothbrush (and teeth!) to make a point about brushing one's teeth regularly. I seem to recall similar demonstrations in my own school career, which might explain why this lady looks so familiar.
The photos of school dental hygienists must have been popular at the time. The URL below is to a 1969 photo from the Neenah Historical Society's Flickr page depicting Dorothy Keune and Dennis Pitsch at Washington School, both of whom I remember clearly although I went to Wilson School. Dennis Pitsch, sadly, died a short time later in a house fire near Galloway Company in Neenah.
