Duck!

Menasha police work wonders with their amphibious "duck" in retrieving a stolen car caught in the ice.  I can only imagine what the driver looked like after this ordeal.

    I looked and found no evidence, at least via newspapers, that the thief was brought to justice.

      Thanks for looking, David! It seems like this would probably have been a pretty big deal. The Mystery remains.
