Scott Building

Another view of the Scott building.  When I was a young boy, I seem to remember that Shell station behind the building as being a Sinclair station, if I recall correctly.  Dinosaurs and all.  Who could forget DIno Power to fuel those big cars parked out front?!

    1. I think Johnson family may have owned it. We went there a lot for gas & I'm sure we got a dino dinosaur for my sister Lynnie! Great memories of this place and always checked the oil and washed the windows!

  2. It was a Sinclair station called Johnson's and they did repairs and service as well as sold gas.

City utilities office and I think City Clerk occupied the front of the Scott Building for a time. There was a pool room with pinball machines in the rear with access from Milwaukee Street.
