The Twin Cities have long had a rich art history that is, from time to time, displayed in the halls of the cities' respective libraries. Be it professional or amateur, many of the art works have touched us in meaningful ways, often showcasing the times and influences of the generations in which we grew up., Represented above is just one such art treasure of a man's boyhood in the 1890's along Nicolet Boulevard.
